Mandariniers 32A - bright and spacious with a lovely view

Positive: Nagyon szép, praktikus lakás, kényelmes ágyak. Minden volt, amire szüksége lehet az embernek. Örültünk a strandhoz szükséges napernyőknek. Ramune nagyon kedves volt. Közel a supermarket, viszonylag közel a strand, a sétány, a vár és a vonatállomás. Legközelebb is ezt választanánk! Negative: A parkolóhely kevés még a privát parkolón belül is, emiatt ráállnak a másik kocsijára, de otthagyják a telefonszámukat, hogy tudj szólni, ha ki akarsz állni autóval. Rendkívül zajos éjszaka a közeli nagyobb utak miatt. Sokszor hallottuk éjjel, hogy gyorsulási futamot játszott motoros, autós.

Apartment 32A Serious sewage contaminated flooding and inadequate emergency response Negative: There was a sewage-contaminated water flood in apartment from small en-suite bathroom. It spread into the small bedroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. We immediately contacted the manager (Ramune) and owner (Jessica) and repeatedly sought assistance. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay in response. An individual attended at 12:35am whom owner subsequently told us appeared not to be an emergency plumber. He refused to leave. Our children became frightened and locked themselves in the second bedroom. Our 16-year-old son contacted the police at 1:10am. The property’s usual plumber only attended the following morning. He explained, using translation assistance, that he believed there was a problem involving drainage/trap/pump system. By then, apartment had been extensively affected by sewage water and was no longer reasonably sanitary to occupy. Despite repeatedly requesting alternative accommodation, none was provided. We had to arrange emergency accommodation ourselves. We have extensive photographic, video and other evidence documenting the incident. The owner did not at any point apologise. Instead, the owner subsequently made an allegation that we caused the damage by leaving a tap on and sand in the shower. We deny and dispute this allegation. We have provided our evidence to booking.com, which is currently investigating this matter. This was an extremely distressing situation and based on our experience, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

Positive: good location, very clean, very nice host

Very clean. Apartment manager very responsive amd helpful. Walking distance to Cannes Lions and beach.
